General Info

All items will ship within one week of purchase.

I use USPS for all of my shipping, most items arrive within 3-5 days (exceptions may occur during the holiday season). Please see item details for estimated arrival times.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to me! Please contact me if an item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Sorry, but no refunds or returns on custom orders.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase I will consider a return and refund on eligible items within 30 days of when it was delivered.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Unfortunately I cannot replace or refund lost or missing orders.
